Hawk Theatre Students Advance to Regionals with One Act Play

Rockwall-Heath High School Theatre department competed in the Zone and District UIL One Act Play contest in Terrell this past weekend with their production of The Trojan Women. At Zone MacKenzie Osborn won Best Actress, Haley Price received All Star cast, Marlow Amick received Honorable Mention All Star cast, the female chorus received Honorable Mention All Star Cast, and Kendal York received the tech award.  They advanced to District on Saturday. At the District competition MacKenzie Osborn and Haley Price received All Star Cast awards, Marlow Amick received Honorable Mention All Star Cast and Ashleigh Casstevens received the Tech Award. They advanced to the Bi-District competition which will be held on Thursday the 9th at Grayson College in Denison.
