Lady Hawks Gymnastics Take 2nd Place

On February 10th at the Highland Park Optional -Level 8- Invitational your Lady Hawk Gymnastics Team placed 2nd out of 18 teams.

1st Rockwall 113.75

2nd Rockwall-Heath 111.80

3rd Grapevine 107.45

4th Highland Park 107.15

5th South Garland 106.90

There were a total of a 107 girl gymnasts that competed and below are our Lady Hawks individual places. Your lady Hawks represented our school and program well!

Carolyn Sherwin, Freshman:

Tied 3rd All-Around 38.50

Tied 2nd Vault 9.55

Tied 3rd Floor 9.75

Tied 5th Beam 9.55

8th on Uneven Bars 9.65

Jade Bowerman, Senior:

7th All-Around 37.10

1st on Uneven Bars 9.80

7th on Vault 9.35

Tied 8th on Floor 9.50

Jacquelyn Doughty, Freshman:

13th on Vault 9.20 and Floor 9.40

Naje Watkins, Senior:

18th Vault 9.10

15th Beam 8.70

Also, had outstanding performances by senior, Lauren Statham, and sophomore, Taylor Williams.
